

Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturuocha, popularly known as Rita Dominic, was born on 12 July 1975 in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria. She hails from the prestigious Royal Nwaturuocha family of Aboh Mbaise, one of the most respected royal lineages in the region.
From an early age, Rita showed a strong interest in the performing arts. She attended Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, before gaining admission into the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts.
